(01) OVERVIEW
What this
really covers.
Numbers do not move dates. Decisions do. A review turns the forecast into a short list of decisions your leads can make that day.
A planner reads your forecast before the call, marks what changed and why, and brings the three smallest fixes worth taking.
What happens in the hour
The first ten minutes cover what moved since last month. The next half hour goes on the one or two risks that matter most, with the owners who can act on them in the room. The rest is for agreeing fixes and naming who does what.
We do not re-plan in the review. If something needs a bigger change, we write it up and book a separate session with the right people.
What leadership receives
You leave with an agreed plan and a one-page summary for leadership. It lists the date, what changed, the fixes agreed and who owns them, in plain words.

The two or three risks that matter, walked through with owners.
03
Fix priorities
The smallest fixes ranked by days saved and people disturbed.
04
Leadership summary
A one-page note leadership can read in two minutes.

(03) HOW WE WORK
Close to your team,
from day one.
The same planner joins every month, so they learn your team, your vocabulary and the places your plans tend to bend.
Before each call they spend about two hours with your forecast. They are looking for the change that matters, not for everything that moved.
Between reviews you can message them directly with a question. Most answers come back the same day.
THE CHALLENGE
Halden's leads had a forecast but no habit of acting on it. The numbers were read, discussed and then left alone until the next slip made them urgent.
Monthly reviews were long and ended with a list of worries instead of decisions.
THE OUTCOME
With a planner in the room, each review now ends with two or three agreed fixes and a named owner for each. Most take less than a day to put in place.
Over two quarters, late launches dropped by half, and leadership stopped asking for separate status briefings.
(05) HOW IT RUNS
Three steps, then you run it.
1
We read the forecast and mark what changed.
2
We walk the risks with your leads.
3
We agree the fixes and send the summary.

IN PRACTICE
The same planner joins every month, so context carries over.
