(01) OVERVIEW

What this

really covers.

A forecast helps only when people trust it and know what to do next. Training gives leads and owners a shared way to read drift.

Sessions use your own live plan, not a demo. People practise on real slips and leave with a playbook written for your team.

Two audiences, two sessions

Leads learn to read the forecast, spot where a delay is heading and choose between fixes. Owners learn a smaller set of habits: keeping their work current, flagging a slip early and reading the one number that affects them.

Keeping those sessions apart saves time. Owners do not sit through planning theory, and leads get space to ask harder questions.

After the sessions

Every session is recorded, so new joiners can catch up on their own. The playbook stays editable, and teams usually add their own examples within the first month.

(03) HOW WE WORK

Close to your team,

from day one.

Training starts with a short call to understand how your team plans today. We then pick three real slips from your history to use as examples.

Each session is hands-on. People work on their own plan while the trainer walks the room, and the last part is always a real decision the team has to make.

We come back four weeks later for a short follow-up, to see what stuck and what needs another pass.

THE CHALLENGE

Fernway grew from four squads to eleven in a year. New leads read the forecast differently, and some ignored it because nobody had shown them what to do with it.

The same slip could be raised by one team and missed by another.

THE OUTCOME

After two half days, every lead read drift the same way and had a written playbook built from Fernway's own past slips.

New joiners now watch the recordings in their first week, and the playbook has grown with examples from the teams themselves.

(05) HOW IT RUNS

Three steps, then you run it.

1

We run a workshop for leads on your live plan.

2

We train owners in short sessions.

3

We hand over the playbook and recordings.
